Randy Garciga owns and operates 10 properties that total over 1.6 million SF. The success was finding quality retail centers in tertiary markets and provide national and local tenants with very attractive leasing opportunities. Some free rent and or TI dollars would also go a long way in getting a store open.
The company now sees a new opportunity in the office market. In 2025 it purchased a 155,000 SF office building overlooking the Illinois river. The focus will be to acquire these buildings and transition them into a mixed use of retail, medical, restaurant and residential tenants.
